At MindsMapped our mission is to create a easy and effective method of learning technology online. We allow everyone to create and publish a course and literally everyone can sign up or enroll for any course. We need impose some rules and regulations to maintain the order and safety of you, us and instructors.
Accounts
You need an account with us to enroll or to create and publish a course. However, if you are still in the process of viewing a course or inquiring for a course you can do it without creating an account. We request you to provide genuine information while setting up your account. Once you have created an account you can either enroll for a course and learn or become an instructor and create a course.
In case of students, for enrolling in course(s), you must make the payment for the course in our checkout through credit card or Paypal. In case of Instructors, you will be prompted to provide us with your bank information to credit the amount for the courses you have created.
You can de-activate the account whenever you want, de-activating the account will result in losing all the information belongs to your account and thus you cannot retrieve a course you purchased or the course you have published may not be on your name any further. Please be sure before de-activating your account.
Course Enrollment
Enrolling in a course with MindsMapped means that you are provided a lifetime access to the course you have enrolled for. This is in accordance with the Instructor's agreement that the Instructors have provided the license for us to sell their courses online. All the video recordings, study materials and other associated materials will be available under the course section for life-time.
Life-time access refers to the life-time of the account. If you deactivate the account, all the information will be lost which means you will lose the information about the course also.
As some of the courses are created and maintained by the Instructor's themselves, there may be times the Instructor's may withdraw the course, or update the course or even stop providing support for the course. In these cases, MindsMapped will be not be held responsible for the loss. However, you can raise your concerns over to our support where they could help you with the further steps.
Cancellation or Refund Policy
We work hard with the Instructors to provide you with the best courses possible. You will be provided with a demo for each course published. You can watch the demo to make a decision on purchasing the course or not.
If you are not satisfied with the course you have enrolled, you can request a full refund within a period of 24 hours. However, refund will not be applicable if you have completely watched the course or if you have downloaded the course materials. If you are not satisfied with a course and you request a refund within 24 hours, you will be provided a credit that can be used to purchase other courses on mindsmapped.com.
You will get an equivalent credit for the amount you paid and can use the credit to buy another course of your liking. You can redeem the credit through a coupon uniquely provided to you while purchasing the other course through your account.

Registration
Your registration with MindsMapped is bounded by these terms and conditions herein. These terms and conditions will apply to any new services / features introduced on this platform in future as well.
Online Registration
In order to use the services / features of MindsMapped, you must become a member of MindsMapped platform. You must be asked your Name and Email ID residence. MindsMapped will check for the validity of the email address to make sure you provide genuine information.
Optional profile information
Once you provide the basic information, you will be provided with an opportunity to add more information to your profile such as current office / personal address, mobile number, description about your organization / individual.
Online Credentials
The Password you’ve created is solely your responsibility. We advise you to change the password on regular intervals. You hold the complete responsibility for the actions and activities on your account, so we recommend you not to disclose the password to anyone.
Changing your account information
You can review the personal information you’ve provided on the platform and you can change the information by logging into your account. You can also close your account through this platform by sending your request to info@mindsmapped.com with your login email address.
Communications
By registering with MindsMapped, you agree to receive Sales / Service calls from anybody authorized by MindsMapped to contact you. Any important communications regarding your plans, payment process, account verification, course publishing, etc. will be through your designated Account Manager. Change of Account Managers will be notified to you via email.
Contributing content to this platform
These terms will apply to all your course related materials such as texts, graphics, course descriptions, videos, documents, graphs, sounds, music, recordings, etc. You hereby accept that all the information you contribute as a content to this platform is 100% original and/or you hold the copyright to these contents. Any content found to be in misalignment with the copyright policy or if found plagiarized, may lead to rejection of content.
This terms also includes contributing to the Forum, replying on the comments or reviews, creating and publishing blog posts, publishing courses etc. Contributing partners must make sure that their content doesn’t affect or offend anyone in any manner. If any partner violates content policy, MindsMapped holds the right to remove the content and deactivate your account without notice.
Using MindsMapped services
This section covers the terms under which the various services in MindsMapped can be used, including any information available on this platform. You agree that
- MindsMapped can block or deactivate anyone from accessing the account in MindsMapped who proved to be violating any of the terms mentioned on this page
- While MindsMapped strives to provide the best service to our customers, we may have a 24 – 48 hours of maintenance down-time once or twice a year. MindsMapped is not obliged to ensure that the platform is available for all users always.
- MindsMapped reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of the services momentarily or permanently, without any notice. These changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
Payment
Payment for any service provided by MindsMapped should be made online through the MindsMapped website. If you prefer other payment methods email to accounts@mindsmapped.com
You also agree that MindsMapped can automatically deduct payment for your monthly, half-yearly or yearly subscription.
Cancellation of Subscription
You can cancel or terminate your subscription with a prior notice of 10 days before the next billing cycle. However, due to cancellation of the Invoice you might need pay 2 months of subscription amount as a penalty.
Commission Withdrawal
For Self-Paced courses, you agree that MindsMapped will get a percentage of the fee as a commission. Commission will be calculated based on the coupon used by the customer. If a customer uses the unique coupon provided to the partner by MindsMapped, partner will get 95% of the course fee paid. If the customer pays through MindsMapped coupon or haven’t used any coupon while purchasing the course, then the partner will get 50% of the course fee paid. Partner must also comply with our 30-day refund policy to the customers who enrolls for the course.
You can withdraw your commission once it reaches a minimum amount of $100. All your withdrawals for a month can be made only after 30-day refund period. For example: If you have $100 commission in your account for the month of September, you can raise the withdrawal request from your profile and you’ll be paid your commission on 1st of November deducting all the refunds made (if any).
You can get the commission amount in your PayPal account.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable Laws, statues, ordinances and government regulations concerning your participation with MindsMapped.
Anybody willing to become an instructor and share their courses on the MindsMapped learning platform will have to comply with the below-mentioned terms and conditions. This is an agreement between you and MindsMapped and is incorporated by reference into MindsMapped’s Terms of Use.
1. Key Points
"Base Price" means the course price set by you while creating your course.
"Instructor Revenue" means the net amount less any refunds paid to customers, as mentioned in refund section of the Terms of Use.
"Gross Amount" means the actual amount received by MindsMapped on the sale of your course.
"Net Amount" means Gross Amount, less
(1) Taxes;(2) For web sales, a three percent (3%) administrative and handling fee
"Sale Price" means the sale price for your course.
All other terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in MindsMapped’s Terms of Use.
2. Agreement
As an Instructor, you are contracting directly with MindsMapped, a company in the United States of America.
3. Your Relationship with Students
Instructors don’t have any direct contractual relationship with learners. The only information you will receive about students is what is provided by MindsMapped online learning portal. You understand and agree that you will inform MindsMapped for any issues arising out of your use of any Learner related data.
4. Obligation
You represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- You will visit mindsmapped.com and fill the Instructor enrollment form;
- You will be solely responsible for all the contents submitted by you. You further accept that you are the owner or have the required licenses, consents, rights, and permissions, and proper authority to allow MindsMapped, to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, communicate to the public, promote, and market submitted content;
- No submitted content shall interfere with intellectual property right of a third party;
- You will not submit any inappropriate, racist, offensive, sexist, hateful, pornographic, misleading, false, libelous, or defamatory content;
- You will not upload or post any unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials;
- You will not participate in any activity that will need MindsMapped to acquire any licenses from or pay any of form royalties to any third party;
- You will not copy, modify, market, deface, reverse engineer, tarnish, interfere or hack with Company Content and/or the Services or operations thereof, except as permitted in these terms;
- Your use of the MindsMapped services are subject to our approval, which we may grant or deny at our sole discretion;
5. License to MindsMapped
You hereby grant MindsMapped right and license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, communicate to the public, promote, and market submitted content. You have right to remove all or any portion of your submitted content from the services at any time. Removal of your submitted content will terminate the foregoing license and rights thirty (30) days after such removal. However, any access given to learners prior to that time will continue in accordance with the terms granted to such users.

6. Pricing
As an Instructor, you will be responsible for determining the Base Price.
As part of your participation on MindsMapped, you give us permission to share your course and information about you and the course with MindsMapped employees.
7. Payments
Instructors will be paid at the end of each month. Revenue sharing between instructor and MindsMapped will happen as detailed below:
- If payment happens by any channel other than instructor coupon, we will pay instructor seventy five percent (50%) of the Net Amount received for the course minus any applicable deductions such as Student refunds. If MindsMapped changes the Standard Revenue Share, we will provide you with thirty (30) days’ notice via email.
- If instructor brings in student via instructor coupon code (Each instructor will have his own custom coupon code to identify purchaser), we will pay instructor ninety five percent (95%) of the Net Amount received for the course minus any applicable deductions such as Student refunds.
As an Instructor, you are responsible for determining whether you are eligible to be paid by a US company.
8. Refunds
As an Instructor, you acknowledge and agree that Students have the right to receive a refund.
Neither Instructors nor MindsMapped shall receive any payments, fees or commissions for any transactions for which a refund has been granted.
9. Taxes
You understand and agree that you are responsible for any taxes on your income. MindsMapped reserve the right to hold back payment if we are not provided proper tax documentation. With respect to sales tax on the sale of courses, the following applies:
For sales of any of your courses in countries other than the European Union, South Korea and Japan, you are responsible for following the guidelines of the appropriate taxing authority related to sales tax on for your courses.
10. Modifications to These Instructor Terms
We may update these Instructor Terms and Conditions time to time, to explain our practices or to update new or different practices. The revised Instructor Terms and Conditions supersedes all previous Instructor Terms.
