• The primary and overall objective of this course is to give detailed understanding of PLC Programming, Relay Logic, Process Control and Data Communication using Siemens PLC
• You will learn the difference between Digital and Analog Signals and how to bring them into a PLC, process them, and send them back out
• You will be acquainted with a sufficient variety of Relay Logic instructions to create a complete PLC program from scratch
• Familiarity with Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) and Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC)
• You will explore standard Controls Techniques, Timers and System & Codes
• Upon completion of this course, you will be able to create a PLC Program from scratch (on at least an introductory level)
• Hands on training on RS Logix 500
