A seasoned I.T. professional and entrepreneur, I am the founder of Simon Sez IT, a leading eLearning company with customers in more than 100 countries worldwide. The company was bootstrapped during the great recession of 2008 with $8,300 of my own money and an almost unlimited supply of sweat equity.

I began my career in I.T. as a PeopleSoft programmer, leading to my recruitment by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), one of the premier art institutions in the United States. In my various roles at LACMA, I served as a programmer, systems analyst, help desk manager, telecomm operations manager, I.T. operations manager and subsequently director of information services.

While serving as director of information services at LACMA, I led the I.T. team during the implementation of technology infrastructure for a new multi-million dollar onsite construction, the Resnick Pavilion, designed by the renowned architect Renzo Piano.

During this time at LACMA, I created video tutorials initially for training in-house I.T. staff. I subsequently expanded the scope to provide video tutorials to all museum staff. Thus the idea of Simon Sez IT was born.
